I don’t think I’ve ever been as thankful for a seasonal shift as I am for the one from winter2014 to spring. The beautiful weather paired w/ the launch of the swimsuit designed by my style icon @gabifresh inspired me to practice #yoga in my new bathing suit by @forever21. When I was a kid, I used to wear my swimsuits all day long- being able to hold on to that bit of innocence in my adult life feels so crucial. I have to promise myself not to let it go. Anyway, by the end of my practice I was definitely feeling like a little mermaid. #mermaidpose

I love freezing fruit because it takes longer to eat them and gives a little more to chew. Frozen grapes are an awesome when you need a low calorie snack.

Getting healthier takes time and staying motivated can be a big hurdle so I hope some of these projects help! They’re designed to inspire you to change up your routine, remember how far you’ve come and give you that extra push you need on the hardest days. This should never feel like a punishment, getting fit should be something that makes you happy so fill your days with foods you love, fitness you enjoy and rewards that make you smile!
